Do you take on both homes and businesses?
Yes. We renovate and build private residences, including 1 and 2 family homes and condos, and we build out commercial spaces such as offices, restaurants, cafes, retail stores, salons and health facilities like pharmacies, optical centers, urgent care and dental offices.
Where do you work?
Dix Hills and the rest of Long Island, plus the New York City boroughs. Most of our project photos come from Manhattan and Brooklyn builds.
Can you run a project I cannot be on site for?
Yes. We offer owner representation during the design and construction phase. We oversee the work against the agreed plans, advise on technical applications, review invoices and documents, attend meetings on your behalf and help with budgeting and coordination.
Do you work with architects and designers?
Yes. We collaborate with architects and design teams from pre construction through production and quality control, and we hold our subcontractors accountable for the whole build.
What happens once the build is finished?
The last phase covers site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move in coordination, then a final walkthrough with you to close the project out.
